Our Commitment
Each artwork is a unique piece crafted or selected with care. Due to the nature of art trading, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing rentakreatif@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Return Process
Approved returns must be shipped back in the original packaging to prevent further damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the uniqueness and condition-sensitive nature of art, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size preference, or color discrepancies due to screen variations.

Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
